Her unique, evidence-based approach combines DNA technology and cutting-edge biohacking techniques with sound nutritional protocols. Leveraging her extensive knowledge of supplements and herbs, Kristy is passionate about helping individuals heal and optimize their mental and physical performance. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health, and is both a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN).
